David Carradine likely died of asphyxia
Friday, July 03, 2009
The private pathologist who examined David Carradine's body agrees with Thai authorities that Carradine died of asphyxia.
Dr. Michael Baden was hired by the family after Carradine was found dead in his Bangkok, Thailand hotel room on June 4th. Carradine's body was found nude, with ropes around his neck, wrist and genitals, which fueled speculation that he was killed while engaging in a dangerous sex practice called autoerotic asphyxiation.
Baden can't yet say whether Carradine died accidentally or was killed.
